Starting 6pm, WEDNESDAY MARCH 15th
Bohemian Brewery’s Limited Release Czechulator Doppelbock (V2-2016) Drops today! Available here at the brewery and select beer bars around town.
Originally from Bavaria, Doppelbocks date back to the 1600s when monks brewed a more robust beer to satisfy them during their times of fasting. Czechulator starts with a large base of toasty Munich malt, which is amplified by a long boil creating caramelized flavors & colors. Extended lagering in the brewery ensures a smooth character, ready to enjoy immediately. Best served between 50-55F in a glass. 8.7% A.B.V. /// 40 IBUs /// Color: DEEP CARAMEL
We only have about 80 cases so get it while you can....
Our latest Brewers’ Stache beer is a tip of the hat to the California Common, a beer made famous during the California Gold Rush. Without access to ice, these lagers fermented at warmer ale-like temperatures, coaxing out extra yeast character. A malty backbone of Pilsner, Munich, and Caramel malts provides a medium body with bready and caramel flavors. While Northern Brewer hops balance things out with a firm bitterness and piney, resiny notes for a delicious hybrid beer.

Today we are excited to release our latest seasonal beer, the Bohemian Kölsch. Available at our brewery today and hitting your local pub shortly!
Kölsch is an ale/lager hybrid originating from the city of Köln (Cologne), Germany. Our take on this beer is brewed with specialty Köln malt and Hallertau hops and a yeast unique to this style. Kölsch is fermented at a cool ale temperature and then cold lagered to produce a beer with subtle fruit esters and a clean malty finish. Filtered for a brilliant golden blonde presentation, and at our pub served only in the traditional way, a .3 liter "Stange" glass (samples and growlers also available).
Join us this Sunday on Fathers Day for a special brunch menu, served from 10-3pm. Dinner service from 3pm.
We have some great gifts for Dad!
Bohemian Polo shirts, hats, pint glasses and of course, our fine lagers to go.
Next time you are buying our "Strong Beers" and exiting out the back door.. check out the hops growing outside the brewery!
Now Available in the pub, our latest "Brewerstache", the Rhineländische Bitterbier.
This hop driven beer boasts 45 IBUs and has an orange unfiltered appearance. Our Bitterbier is fermented using kolsch yeast and dry-hopped with Tettnang for a fruity herbal aroma that continues into subtle citrus notes. The beer finishes with a pleasant bitterness that lingers long after the last sip
We love getting outdoors and on the road, so keep your eyes peeled for us as we travel throughout Utah and the Mountain West.
