Czech it out... Originally from Czechoslovakia, our family brings the old world tradition of brewing beer... no... brewing Lagers to America. The Bohemian Brewery brews by the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) and brews only Lagered Beer. Unlike young beer like British Style Ales which are only allowed to ferment for 2-3 weeks at higher temperatures. We ferment our lagers at just above freezing for a minimum of 8 weeks allowing natural carbonization to occur giving a crisp, clean finish with a full bodied beer. “Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy” Benjamin Franklin Friends of Bohemian Brewery:
